VB.Net Developer
Freshers:0-6 months.
MS Access,  MS Sql Server,  Crystal Reports, Custom Controls, Classes.


Asp.Net with C#
Freshers:0-1 Year.
MS Access, MS Sql Server,  Crystal Reports, HTML, CSS Styles, Web Form Designing, Web Controls, Common Classes designing, Handling Exceptions.

Process of Selection of candidate:

There would be short listing of candidates matching requirements.

Short listed candidates would be sent appropriate email with schedule of a telephonic interview date and time.

In telephonic interview there would be just a simple confirmation call and some basic questions.

Secondary process would be a Interview call schedule sent to candidates short listed.

Candidates would have to go a small technical written test about concern developmet field followed by a Practical Test in which Navigations, Database Connectivity, Crystal Reports, Coding Logics and other techinical aspects scores would be calculated.
Finally after practical test there would be a formal interview.

There would be complete communication with candidates throughout.

  Any candidates interested in above requirements but willing to work part-time or as a freelancer, even as a freshers, can also apply mentioning same exclusively in subject. Also genuine clarification for same is expected. Such candidates should also explain there flexible timings and working areas + hours restrictions if any for convinience.
